From An Early Age We Are Taught That We Are Victims To Circumstance

When I started learning more about the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought, I started to pay more attention to the words people use. When you listen to the words people use you get a pretty good sense of the way they "see" or "experience" the world.

We are taught from a very early age that our circumstances dictate the quality of our mood, our feelings, and ultimately our life. Every marketing commercial or ad tells us how we will feel if we have or use their product. We will be joyful, happy, have meaning in our life, etc. Social media shows us how "amazing" everyone's life is, or appears to be rather, and we start to become discontent with life. What we don't know or understand during those times of "social media surfing" is that everyone has "stuff" in their life. Nobody's life is perfect no matter what it looks like online. And we think, "having their life would MAKE me happy and I would have it all!"

How many times have you had someone ask about your day and you tell them good and then tell them all the good things that "happened to you". Or, if you had a bad day you tell them about all the bad things that "happened to you". What does that do? It teaches us that in order to have a "good" day we must have good things "happen TO us". What this means is that our mood, quality of life, quality of thinking, etc., is dependent on what "happens to us" throughout our day and life.

But what if we have been approaching this all wrong? What if we "feel our thinking from moment to moment". What if we can have a good day no matter what happens to us during the day. Our days are filled with experiences. Not with circumstances that dictate whether or not we are happy with life.

Thoughts come and go. They are neither good nor bad. Most often we don't even remember our thoughts until that one comes along that we give attention and focus to.

When you understand your job, family, stock market, gas prices, inflation, the election, politics, our food sources, or healthcare can't make you "feel" anything, we no  longer are a victim to circumstance. You are no longer a victim to whatever is "out there" that is trying to "harm" us. Life becomes simpler, more relaxing, more joyful, etc. You'll notice a sense of calm and peace on a daily basis. Things that you thought got you all "spun up" no longer have that control or effect over you. You can stop searching for the "next thing" that will "fix" whatever it is you think needs fixing". When we learn that "stress" comes from our "thinking" and not from "out there" we start our journey to being happy and joyful and thankful for our life.

I urge you to go through Micheal Neill's FREE training course called "The Basic Course". Click the link below to register for the course and I promise it will change your life. Don't try to understand everything right away. Just listen for a good feeling and let everything else fall in to place.
